Fender EC Vibro-Champ, Electric Guitar Combo
Eric Clapton, who recorded some of his biggest hits with a tweed Champ, still uses one today. The Fender EC Vibro Champ is a handwired 5-watt boutique copy of the guitar combo amp Eric Clapton started using for recording in his early solo career after Cream and Blind Faith. For recording, the tones of low-wattage tube amps has long been known. Eric found that just a twist on his Strat's volume pot gave him a complete range of sound from clean to overdrive. Featuring EC-spec'd tremolo and power attenuation, the Fender EC Vibro Champ is a little combo you're gonna love.
